ABOUT ME

I'm 21 years old, and I am currently attending Illinois Institute of Technology working towards a degree in electrical engineering. I'm a pretty spontaneous person, and I love a good party or hang out. I listen to all kinds of music, and never pass up the opportunity to go to a show. I love to read anything and everything I get my hands on. One of my life goals is to visit all seven continents. I love meeting new people!

PHILOSOPHY

People most associate me with the phrase "Don't worry about it."

I live to learn while learning to live. I believe it's important to experience as many different things as you can in life, because you only get one chance to live it.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I went to Boston for two weeks and was hosted be Star Simpson and Stephen Steffes. They are both really awesome people! If you ever are passing through Boston, you should really try to meet up with them!

I'd love to be a modern day Renaissance man! Or to live my life like Paul Erdős did; traveling the world, solving problems and working with others who share my passions.

Music, Movies, and Books

Too many bands to list... I listen to a bit of everything. Rock, folk, classical, a cappella, electronica, techno, punk, pop... a good band knows no genre.

I like movies that make me think.

I could spend a whole weekend in a bookstore, buy every book I thought looked interesting, and still walk out wanting more. Seriously.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I rode my motorcycle 5,000 miles from Anchorage, AK to Chicago, IL. I'm starting to get anxious for another trip like that...

Teach, Learn, Share

I'd love to learn anything anyone has to teach.

As far as what I can teach?... I can teach you to shuffle a deck of cards with one hand. I could also teach you to skateboard, that is, if I bring it with me. Electricity is my passion in all forms! Ask me about it.

There is a lot that I don't know (much more than I know) but I'm willing to teach anyone anything that I do know. I am all about the spread of knowledge!
