Traveling the world!

Currently in SEA, about to go to Japan. I've been in the hospitality scene for 10+ years and have a passion for many different cuisines but Japanese food, spirits & Nihonshu have really taken the main stage for me. In Japan my main goals will be to visit as many sake breweries, shochu distilleries & whisky distilleries as possible. I will be heading from Tokyo, up to Hokkaido, down the West cost to Nagano until I get to Kyoto & Osaka. Then back to Tokyo for my flight home.

This is more then a holiday for me, its more about learning the ins and outs of a culture I've been interested in for a long time now.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm on Couchsurfing so I can meet locals and save a bit of cash in the more expensive countries I visit. Also wouldn't mind hosting once I get back to California!
