About Me
I am me.
My friends call me TeoSunny, as I am a shiny, smiley and positive girl. :)
I was born in Republic of Moldova and lived there for 19 years. I always knew that I want to discover new countries and cultures. My first move was to Romania, where I spent almost three years. After, I moved to a Greek island for six months and fall in love with the Greek culture and lifestyle. I moved to Athens not long after my experience on the island and spend here more than two years.
I am looking forward to see what life is preparing for me and to discover a new country. The time has come :))))
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
When I first found out about Couchsurfing I was amazed! This platform is offering a wonderful opportunity to exchange experiences and knowledge around the world, meet new people and make friends! And That's exactly why I am here, to exchange and share with people.
I think the best way to discover a new place is to meet with a local (or at least a person who lived in a specific location for some time, so that he/she can share with you the "small secrets" of the place, culture).
Interests
I like everything what is new! From painting to scuba diving, reading or swimming in the sea to dancing and writing on my blog, everything interests me. It is almost impossible for me to say no if I get a question like: "Would you like to try this new sport/activity?"
Beside everything, I am in love with dancing! (salsa, bachata, cha-cha, rumba, hip-hop, dancehall, ballet are just few of the types of dances I've tried).
I also love going to theater plays and concerts (all types of music, from jazz to rock or rap) :)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I was born in a country with no sea or mountains, therefore I dreamed about them.
After my first University year, I was attending an astronomy camp high in the mountains of Romania, with no TV or phones available, just nature for about 10 days! It was amazing and it became the summer when I decided that I have to live at least six months next to the sea and another six months up in the mountains. The sea part was acomplished already (I spent six months on the Greek island Lesvos).
Teach, Learn, Share
I can tell you about Moldovan, Romanian, Greek and Chinese cultures, share with you amazing places that you should visit in this countries and tell you everything I know. :)
If you are interested to learn Romanian, Russian or improve your English, I will be more than happy to help!
As well, I can teach you some dance moves, basic paiting rules or how to create friendship bracelets . :)
