Overview
About Me
I am real. I treat people genuinely and I do not beat around the bush. When I get to know you really well, I can be very outgoing and sometimes a little too direct. I am usually the one joking around among my friends.
I am mostly awkward. People say I am eccentric. I have a resting bitch face so don't be offended. I try my best to smile.
I lived in Germany (6 months), South Korea (2 months) and Singapore (20+ years). I would love to meet new people from all over the world and to hear your stories and experiences. My place at Singapore is not open to surfers because there is just no space here in this country!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Innsbruck - Couchsurfed with a friend because it is a cool idea and I wanted to save money as a poor college student.
Bruges - Great stay with Miek and her younger son. We talked a lot and it was inspiring to hear about her way of life and her travel adventures. I love her 2 cats who are polar opposites of each other.
Verona - Couchsurfed with an Italian couple I met in Spain. They invited me over to their house in this quaint city of Italy a few months later. We had a lot of fun exploring the city and just chatting over dinner.

Music, Movies, and Books
Love, Rosie - Do yourself a favour and watch this movie please.
How to be Single - Just watched this, hilarious
and many more....I'm updating this but I seriously can't recall offhand.
BIRDY (of course)!!, Tom Odell, Coldplay, Kodaline...a lot more...it's all in my spotify...I don't tend to stick to particular artists as I enjoy independent and non-mainstream music.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Hiked the highest mountain in North Africa, Morocco. Quite a champion. But no, I almost died. Totally a spontaenous decision and I went ahead without training. My buddies and I took more than double the time on our second leg from the base camp to the peak. Ran out of food, water and energy but we made it anyway. A hiker from Southern France saved our lives by giving us some bread, bananas and water!!!!! Good thing to look back at - I don't think I will make it the next time, if any.
