About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Live for adventure!

ABOUT ME

I'm a nice fellow! Love travelling since childhood, I went around the world 2 years ago, love hiking, sailing, skiing, photography and horse riding. What exictes me the most is going on an adventure (athough I am not a hobbit). I am living in New York for 6 months doing an internship in a startup. As you can imagine I am very interested in startups a especially in the sharing economy! (I have already been working for one of them in Paris).

PHILOSOPHY

"The more you dare, the more you know". I'm a easy going guy and I don't lack willingness. I'm an optimistic!

Philosopher: a mix of Socrate and Marry Poppins.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

The one best thing about couch surfing is the pleasure to meet new peoples and share stories. You can easily forget about places but you never forget the people!

I have several couchsurfing experiences: in Iceland, Dubai and but I have other experiences of couch surfing alike experiences in New Zealand for example where I did some woofing :)

Music, Movies, and Books

I enjoy many kind of music but my favorite is rock music such as the Strokes, electro like Nicolas Jaars and many other artists.

I love cinema, but I wouldn't be able to make a top ten of the films I have most liked.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I saw a Yak(the animal) race in Tibet, encountered a Tibetan monk that has just crossed the Chinese border under a truck, 5000m high skydive in NZ, swum with dolphins, climbed the mount doom in the lord of the ring and cook beans on the top using steam from the volcano. Hiked the all John Muir Trail (350kms hike from Yosemite to Mount Whitney) carrying all the supplies and tent in my backpack. I have been faced to face with a wild bear and her baby in Yellowstone... Other stuffs that I would be glad to share but It's hard to make a ranking of those things.

Teach, Learn, Share

Back home I'm a Maths and Economics teacher but I'm not sure you will be interested. I can also help you to start in Photography, French or cooking crepes :).

What I Can Share with Hosts

If you have a special request from France or US (like chocolate, salt or anything that I can carry in my bag I will be glad to help you :)). If you are planning to travel anywhere in France I would be glad to help you in planning (especially if you enjoy hiking, skiing or sailing)
