I am a 20 year old American, born in New York but moved away from the city when I was young. I am currently traveling Europe from April through June, starting in Warsaw and working my way to Spain. I like to eat delicious food and to play guitar, to climb mountains, to ride down hills on a skateboard, to sail, to mountain bike, to read books and to talk. Give me a chance!

I love books and read a lot. I like movies and don't watch many.
Books: Cold Mountain by Charles Frazier, What is the What by Dave Eggers.
Music: I like music played by musicians on real instruments. Bob Marley and the Wailers are the best.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I spent a year volunteering with City Year- a US nonprofit (charity/volunteer company) that works in 25 US cities in low-performing schools (essentially, the worst schools in the country). I worked in an elementary school in San Jose, California, tutoring students and teaching a class of 10 year olds in an after school program, earning over 2000 community service hours along the way. Much mayhem. Great experience.
