Hi, my name is Teresa. I'm 28 years old and I'm currently living in my home city Cologne in Germany. Initially I've studied Comparative Literature in London, UK. After my bachelor I've decided to change direction a little and start medschool. So I moved to Romania to start my degree there and completed the first two years in Cluj-Napoca. For three years I'm living in Germany again but cannot wait to explore a new country.

I’m now in my final year of medschool, which consists of practical work in the hospital. One part of it I’m doing in Arequipa, Peru, from September until the end of December 2018.

In general I am a very clean and tidy person so I hope I'll be a pleasant couch surfing guest. I like to be social but I can also quietly read my book ;) and I'm always happy to meet new people and hear their stories.

I love travelling and exploring foreign places and I'm really excited about the opportunities Couchsurfing is offering. I hope I will meet some nice people out there.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

It seems to be a great opportunity to meet new people who are local to a place and who might have some precious advice or nice tips what to explore. I'm excited that such an international exchange platform exists and I'm hoping that I will also get the chance to help travellers in Cologne to get the best out of a stay in Germany.

Interests

I love reading books and taking photos. I'm also very interested in arts and culture: Going to the theater, museums, galleries or concerts.
Sports are also really important to me and I like trying out whatever is new to me.
