About Me
Hello!
I am Tere, 23 years old, I am Spanish but having lived in Belgium my whole life. After studying communication 3 years in Brussels, I went traveling with my best friend during 7 months. We visited and discovered many different countries in South East Asia and Japan and it was one of the best experiences of my life! We did some couchsurfing while being over there. I am now currently doing my master degree in "Global Studies". My first year is in Wroclaw (yes, in Poland :) ) and so far, it has been great! Next year, I will finish my master in Vienna (I am very excited about it).
I can say that I am a very curious, happy and open-minded person.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I have always liked traveling - my family is in Spain, I go there every year :) - and also of course meeting new people from many different background and places (also why I traveled last year and why I chose this master degree). And as everybody here knows, couchsurfing is a great and easy way to meet new people and discover places.
Interests
Apart from traveling, I also like reading and drawing very much.
I hope this won't sound a little weird-hippy but I am also very interested in "natural products". I have recently started making my own, which I really love doing and I have just decided to take classes about it, we'll see what happens in the future :)
I also love going to the gym and doing yoga and meditation (I know this also does sound a little bit hippy but I promise I am a really fun person!).

Music, Movies, and Books
I really like (among others) Parov Stellar, Stromae, Jain, the Kinks, Cat Empire, the Beatles, Aaron, Mumford and Sons, Alt-J, the Beach Boys, Ella Eyre, Fauve, ...
Some of my favourite books are "A thousand splendid suns" from Khaled Hosseini, "Half of a yellow sun" from Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie, "the other Boleyn Girl" from Philippa Gregory, "Racines du Ciel" from Romain Gary, "En attendant Robert Capa" from Susana Fortes, the "Pillars of the Earth" from Ken Follet, ...
As for movies, I like watching "good" (sorry I didnt know how to call the ones that receive prizes and so on and so forth :D) movies; recently I really liked Carol, Joy, the Dressmaker for instance. But there are also times where a good chickflick (or some other comedy) is aaaall I need !
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I don't really know what is considered amazing or not, most of the ordinary things I have done so far mean a lot to me and I consider them to be amazing enough as they form part of who I am today. I would be happy to share them with you and hear all your stories as well!
Teach, Learn, Share
Depending on the language you speak, I could be a good tandem partner if you are interested in learning languages!
I can tell you a lot about the "conventional" products sold in supermarket and teach you how to make easy and simple products for everyday life :)
And quite simply, I find that sharing anything or discussions about anything can in one way or another teach a lot and help spend a great time.
What I Can Share with Hosts
Apart from the things I already mentionned, my good and motivated mood and spirit I would say :)
