About Me

CURRENT MISSION

be good, do good, be one

ABOUT ME

I think couch surfing is an awesome way to teach me new things about the places I travel too. I am not only looking for places to crash for a night or two. I am really looking to build friendships all over the world, and above all, to see things through the eyes of a local. To fall in love with their city like they have.

I am always laughing and making people laugh (most of the time with them ;) I never mind traveling alone because I am sure I will always make great friendships along the way. That is one of the things i am most excited about when using couch surfing.

I absolutely love music and I am on a mission to master the banjo, ukulele, and harmonica (ill let you know as soon as it happens, although hopefully i will be famous from my music skills). OK probably won't happen but one can dream.

However, one thing I know I am very good at is pursuing my dreams. I am not bored often because I find adventure in the littlest things. It must be my work hard play hard mentality that drives it. I love going places without plans because i think you learn and see so much more and you usually get a story or two out of it.

I like to go out for drinks, but i am also okay with just staying in, eating ridiculous amounts of experimental food, and learning a new card game or board game (btw i apologize in advance for my competitiveness)

I know its hard to get to know a person through just a little self descriptive thing, but if you have any questions i am more than happy to answer anything, and I truly hope I get to have a conversation or two with all of you one day!

Interests

Eating the best and worst foods,
Listening to the best and worst music,
And trying the best and worst things so i can appreciate all i have and love the better things in life.

I love dancing ridiculous amounts, and have been known to start impromptu dance parties a number of times. I also might not be a fabulous singer, but I am never shy to belt out my favorite (of least favorite) song until every continent can hear me.

I am also extremely interested in social justice and have been working on various projects since I was 15 and younger. Working in social justice has inspired me to study international development, and I am committed to discovering how i can be most effective in this work.
