My name is Teresita, i am a 22 year old student from Chile that is taking a break from college and trying to take a shot at discovering the world and meeting new people and places. I'll be traveling through europe in April, May, June and July. I'm a self - taught baker, I have a baking business here in Chile and i'm an artist, i love watercolor, mixed media, and also art history is one of my favorite things to learn about. I am a very hard working person, i love to earn the things i have and do, it is one of the things my mother taught me.

I love to listen to music, walks, sharing a cup of coffee and learning about people and their experience. Also i love dancing, laughing and eating. I think good food is one of my favorite things to share in this world. It is my first time traveling on my own and i have set it to be a personal challenge to grow as a person and broaden my mind and world getting to know different cultures, places, people and customs.

I like kind, relaxed people whom with i can have a real conversation.

I am a very clean and tidy person, i wash my dishes, do my laundry, make my bed, know how to cook (at least all basics haha) and don't need much to be comfortable as long as i can sleep at least on the floor or glued to the ceiling.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm on couchsurfing because i think the concept is one of my favorite things. A friend recommended it to me because she traveled for 2 months through Europe meeting new people this way and getting to know different cultures, leaving a piece of hers in every place she stayed in. I think it is a great opportunity to open your mind to new things and people and exchange different views of the world and know places first hand from someone local.
