Overview
About Me
I've been called a very low-maintenance guest...quiet but good company, spiritual, responsible, honest, respectful, always considerate and a non-smoker.
I believe we are all divine beings having a human experience, earth is a school and we are here to learn how to love...as many lifetimes as necessary.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I am addicted to seeing what all my friends around the world are up to on Facebook...and want to visit each of them on their home turf someday.
In 1995 I toured Egypt and Israel with a group from my spiritual church. After the official trip ended, I was picked up in Jerusalem by my dear lifelong friend from Calif. who married an Israeli and lives outside of Haifa...where I enjoyed spending four days sleeping on their couch and getting to see the country from an insider's perspective.
Interests
I love to read (fiction and personal growth), create art, weave magic with my written words and commune with all creatures great and small. I am also big on sustainability (drive a Prius hybrid) and organic, local food.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Ascending a pyramid in Cairo, Egypt at 3am after riding across the desert on a camel. Snorkeling at night with the giant manta rays on the Big Island of Hawaii. OK, that's two things. Both at night and involving animals. There seems to be a pattern here, yes?
