ABOUT ME

Where to start...

I was born and raised in England.
Studied Biology, Language and Psychology at collage.
Studied Psychology at the University of Portsmouth (Graduated in 2010 ^.^).

Who I am as a person. I love the outdoors and find solace when surrounded by nature. I think I'm pretty easy going and open minded. Always keen to help out wherever I can.

I love coffee! Not really sure what I would do without it!

I will try to turn my hand to anything and am always keen to learn new skills.

PHILOSOPHY

I am keen to explore the world and experience as much of it as I can.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Unfortunately due to my work I am unable to host and have very limited opportunities to travel.

When I do however I hope I can share my travelling experiences with others.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have been Surfing in Germany and it was one of the most memorable experiences to date! I met some awesome people, learned to put in a IV (though I would be pretty rusty now), went to the legendary Hofbräuhaus and watched a Ballet in München, chopped wood in Hamburg and ate a Kebab in Berlin.

I particularly like epic, fantasy and military sci-fi novels. I am also a fan of classic graphic novels and popular science texts.
Some of my favourites include: Player of Games, The Forever War, Enders Game, The Lord of the Rings, A Song of Ice and Fire, Shogun, V for Vendetta,The Watchmen, House of Leaves...

Music
I like almost any genre of music but have an affinity to heavier stuff though Jeff Buckley is my favourite artists.

Movies
Ten Films I really like (in no particular order): The Matrix, The Lord of The Rings (Trilogy), The Watchmen, 300, Princess Mononoke, Bladerunner, Fight Club, Pulp Fiction, Leon, Donnie Darko.
I am also partial to anime series, my two favourite being Cowboy Beebop & Neon Genesis Evangellion

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I celebrated my first birthday in Berlin on the 9/11/1988. I don't remember it but I hear there was some kind of party ^.^

Slept in a crop circle in Wiltshire (England) and had some weird dreams O.o

Rode a Yak in the Himalayas.

Teach, Learn, Share

I very much hope to learn lots about myself while travelling and therefore what I have to offer people.
I am always looking to learn new things and will throw myself at any challenge that comes my way.
