Let us introduce our selves, we are the Murray Family from the Sunshine Coast in sunny Queensland Australia, and we love meeting people. In 2017 we embarked on a World Adventure through 21 countires and had a ball!. Our family consists of Dave who is not only the worlds best handy man but also is a shift worker at an oil refinery. He is a fitter and turner by trade, and loves to build and create contraptions right from concept to the finished product, Terri-Anne, loves to help people and runs a Personal Conceirge Business, she loves to cook and swap travel stories, Connor (16) our creative and artistic son who loves nothing more than drawing, reading or spending time playing with our Staffy; and Lachlan (14), who absolutely loves the outdoors and would play Swim, play basketball and ride his bike all day! We all love the outdoors, climbing mountains, skiing (water and snow), camping, going to the beach etc - but most importantly we love being together as family.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Would love to show couch surfers our beautiful town on the Sunshine Coast and get to know people from all around the globe, from families, couples and singles.

While we are travelling we love experiencing life as locals, not simply as tourists. To us, this means living as a local, and house sitting and couchsurfing gives us this perfect opportunity.

Couchsurfing also helps us to feel at home. We love living in a homely environment, especially with people whom we can share a story or 2 and their knowledge of their hometown and also reciprocate when they are in our home and town.
