I love travelling and plan to do much more in the future. I have been to Mexico more than a few times...Love it!
Guatemala was amazing until I got sick...Definitely going back!
Arizona was very cool...Sedona Rocked!
Nicaragua was another favorite and super cheap. Crossed over to Costa Rica on foot, caught a bus to Liberia for a few days. Waterfalls!
Backpacking in Mexico City and Oaxaca at the moment and heading towards the Yucatan.(Sept/18) NYC (Jan/19)

It Sounds like a great way to meet people, and learn cultures wherever you travel. Someone to give advice and tips for the area youre visiting is a bonus too.
I have met such amazing people doing really cool things on great adventures.
I even get to practice Spanish...Yay!
I've made connections with people from all over the world..in which I'm still in contact with. Maybe someday I will couchsurf with them :)
