I'm from South Africa but have lived and travelled the world for about 10 years now. My soul mate is a beautiful Mexican girl who loves travelling and cultural experiences as much as I do.

PHILOSOPHY

I am a person of faith but don't believe in imposing mine on others. I try to build bridges to others when possible.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I am usually the quiet one in the corner but once you get to know me I open up and become quite spontaneous. I try to give everyone space and expect others to do the same for each other.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Zero. I am a certified couchsurfing virgin! But I sure hope to change that soon. Some of the best experiences in my life have been with strangers whom I have randomly crossed paths with. I suspect I am in some ways a closet couchsurfer as I have "hosted" strangers/travellers in the past and enjoyed it very much.

Nature in all its glory from a wilderness area to beautifully manicured garden

I am an open minded person and happy to explore whatever themes are on offer. I literally listen to anything from metal to electronica and classical music...all in moderation. The same goes for cinema and literature.
