About Me

First of all, I used to host people, when I still lived in Munich, I just can't do that in Beijing because I am living in a student's dorm in a shared room and it is not allowed :(

I am a very lively person who loves to get out and do some crazy stuff (if it's not one of my lazy days :P), but also likes to discuss philosophical topics about the really important things in live and after live and in the next life etc. haha.
If I had to describe myself I would say I am funny, tolerant, uncomplicated, sometimes impatient, fair and not superficial.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm on couchsurfing because I don't like staying in hotels. Even if I had the money for it, I would not enjoy it and miss the adventure of meeting other young (and poor haha) travellers, I experienced for example in hostels.
On my last trips I always stayed in hostels, except once, when I went couchsurfing with a friend of mine. I really enjoyed it, so I decided to finally complete my own profile and intensify this way of travelling. Staying with locals enables one to spare himself a lot of difficulties, which come out of simply not knowing where everything is and what to do.

As I said, I also really enjoyed it to open my door to people and show them around in Munich, although I lived in a very small apartment and could not offer very decent sleeping-facilities (my own sofa-bed, floor, bath-tub)

Music, Movies, and Books

When I go out, I love electronic music, that's why Berlin is one of my favourite citys. I could totally imagine to live there later. I don't like rich-bitch-clubs and mainstream, but I am open to other kinds of music, e.g. reggae, rock or hiphop while going out, if the people are cool and not arrogant.

Movieeees... it is not so easy to find good movies in our days where everything is occupied by hollywood-shizzle, so I sometimes watch hollywood-shizzle. I like Quentin Tarantino. And Lars von Trier. If I somehow don't want to be depressed I watch funny stuff like Igent OSS 117 or The Big Bang Theory.

It's a pity that I don't have more time (and enthusiasm) to read. Game of Thrones was good, in general, I like fantasy and also Buddhist books like Transforming Problems into Happiness by Lama Zopa.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

lived together with a sloth without killing it for five months :P

And now I moved back in with it, Jesus Christ
