I am a 25 year old American who loves to travel and meet cool people along the way who can either, join me in my travels, and/or teach me about the areas I'm visiting. I love having the opportunity to learn new things and take exciting adventures. Therefore, I am also opening my house up to people with similar passions.

A little about me, I'm a pretty easy-going kinda person as I have 5 brothers and no sisters to thank for that. With a consistent male dominance in my house growing up, I had to get used to going with the flow of things pretty quickly as I normally had no say in anything anyway. With that said, I also like video games on occasion, adventures, hikes, sports, nightlife, animals, and a social life with friends is very important to me as well.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

While traveling to learn about different cultures, and meeting new people :).. I couch surfed for the first couple time during my travels in Hawaii and some of the coolest people I have ever met, I have met through couch surfing. I am now hoping to return the experience by opening my house to fellow couch surfers.

Interests

I am a big sports fan. I enjoy playing all sports from soccer and football on fields to wake surfing and paddle boarding on the water. I like to watch football, soccer, and sometimes baseball on TV but I prefer them live, especially baseball where I have a chance of catching a fly ball. My teams are Broncos, Stealers, Redskins, and Hokies, USA and Brazil. I love being outside but occasionally I like some relaxing time to read or write poetry/songs/short stories, and listen to music. Then, at night, I'm almost always down for a couple drinks out and some dancing, or a chill night with a movie or video games and stories.

I like all music but metal and most rap and country is my favorite. I love to read all books but find myself mostly reading, or watching: SiFi, Action, and Thriller/Horror. Stephen King is my all time favorite author with his book ShawShank Redemption

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach you Sign Language, knitting, crochet, or sewing (if you'd like). I would like to learn to surf, and some different kinds of dancing like Irish, or improve my salsa, and I can share stories of my travels and life with you as well. I actually recently went traveling along the coast of California with a friend from France I met through couch surfing. I've also spent a year between Australia and New Zealand. Then I had some time in Hawaii and Ireland. I hope to visit France and the rest of Europe eventually.
