ABOUT ME

I am an easy going fun person to be around. I love meeting new people, and experiencing new cultures!

A couple of years ago I did a crazy 6 month trip through Europe seeing anything and everything! The most fun was looking online and finding the cheapest possible place to fly to, and then just going there! Wherever that was!

In this current journey I'm on, I'm spending 2 months in America, then 3 months in Africa at a missions organisation living with the poor, and then another 2 months in Asia!

Couch surfing has stood out to me as one of the best ways to experience a place and their culture. You eat with the locals, talk with the locals, get shown the best places by the locals, and make a new friend!

I love others because Jesus loves me! It's a simple philosophy - LOVE!

At the moment I'm looking for people to meet, a place to stay, and awesome experiences everywhere I go!

Once I return home I will gladly take couchsurfers and return the favour!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

So far I have had great experiences with couchsurfing and have met some awesome people! I'm looking forward to continuing on with this so that I can have friends from all over the world! My specialty when being hosted is to either cook my hosts a meal, or take them out for dinner! I love sharing food with people!

Interests

Tea, Second Hand Shopping, Singing, Music, Theatre, Movies, Cards, Board Games, Love live music and concerts! My ideal night out is at a laid back bar with a live band, good company, and dancing!

Music, Movies, and Books

Music... Where to start! I love easy listening stuff like funk, reggae, jazz, indie, folk, that sort of thing, but also love a good rocker band! just a few favourites are Ben Harper, Brooke Fraser, Lydia Cole, Paper Kites, The Ember Days, Kimbra, Ascend the Hill, and many of my friends' bands from home also!
I am really just a big sucker for chick flicks! They're so good!
Any books that inspire or make you ponder, are a good read!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

One of my most memorable experiences, was visiting Morocco. The food was amazing, and so cheap that you could eat out every meal! The markets was just crazy, and so cool! But the best part was going on a camel trip into the Sahara Desert, and sleeping out under the stars! I would go back in a heart beat!
