I think couchsurfing is the best way to really get to know a town and learn something about another culture. It has opened up so many doors for me.

I am open minded so I like a little bit of everything. Most importantly jazz, jazz poetry, postcolonial literature, feminism.

I have an intellectual Achilles heel for Rodney Dangerfield movies and movies about boxing.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I went canopy swinging in Costa Rica when I was a kid. It was so cool!

Moved to Vietnam kind of on a whim, without a job or know ing a single soul, and its the best decision I've ever made.

Anyone who can articulate an interesting point of view. I feel like I can learn something from almost anyone, regardless of his or her background.
