Overview
About Me
I am a human who has a genuine love for life and seek connection with others as an important part of my life's path. I am currently an environmental educator and lead children on outdoor adventures for my profession. I grew up in the Bay Area of California and now live just a bit north amongst the beautiful redwood trees of northern California. I am fiercely passionate about community, and I strive to create loving, supportive and creative communities wherever my life takes me.
Not so hidden talents:
1. Sunset chaser. Any chance I get to see the sun go down, I'm down.
2. Piano. I've been known to tickle some ivory every now and then.
3. Lover. Of life.
4. Mountains. I like hiking up them.
5. Journal writing. I love it.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
A few big reasons:
1. My partner Jordy and I are going on a grand traveling adventure together. I recently finishing my teaching credentials and thesis for my masters. Jordy has always dreamed of traveling, so together we've joined forces to celebrate life together.
2. Couchsurfing is one of the best way to connect with new people in new places, plain and simple. The opportunity to create new and lasting friendships across the globe makes couchsurfing a very special thing.
3. Hotels are boring. And expensive.
