ABOUT ME

I'm Tessa, 24 years old, was born in a not that big city in the south of the Netherlands. Started to discover the bigger world as soon as possible. Lived and studied in Utrecht (20 minutes from Amsterdam) for the past five years.

As one of my friends said last week: 'Why are you always so happy? How do you do that?' You always laugh, you are so enthusiastic about everything. Well I think thats true. I don't know, but when you are able to do a lot of things that you like, why not be happy.

I'm spontaneous, open to everything/anything, love to chat/eat/drink/make fun with friends. I love to see and discover the world, so much left to do! I always try to travel sporty, so love to hike, walk, cycle and see a place while I am moving. Nature, fresh air, mud that is what makes me happy!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I have not surfed a lot, and certainly not hosted a lot (YET)! Currently, trying to be more of a couchsurfer at home.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

The real couchsurfing: staying over at a place with about 12 people from at least 6 different countries. Staying there for 2 weeks, and still surfing another couch (or bed) every night. Haha that was a good experience.

Interests

Horse riding, watching and playing theater, walking (in the nature), experiencing the rough adventure stuff like climbing/rafting, drinking a lot of tea (do not like having to pie after it), chatting with my friends, party's, I just love to sit inside and make is cosy when its raining, the wonderful world of foreign affairs and the interesting intercultural meetings (and clashes).
