ABOUT ME
Hi, I´m Tess and I just graduated from UC Berkeley, studying cultural anthropology and music. Now I am working and living in Buenos Aires. I love people in general! People are what make life interesting and most of what I know about myself comes from my friends and family. I´m definitely a laid back person and get along with everyone. I value friends above everything else and we always have a good time.
I spent 6 months (Fall 2009) studying in Sao Paulo and had an amazing experience. I'll be back in Sao Paulo in a year (for work) and am enjoying my adventurous post-college life :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
My sister found out about this community and we stayed with CS throughout Europe for 3 weeks and for a couple weeks in Brazil. The people we met were incredible and helped us have a more meaningful experience than the average tourist.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I´ve been doing this thing called drum corps for 3 years; it´s hard to describe, but basically I´m a part of this huge marching ensemble that travels around the country (like 30 states in 3 months) on buses, sleeping on gymnasium floors, and rehearsing 12 hours a day. It´s the hardest thing that I´ve ever done, but also probably the coolest.
