ABOUT ME

I'm a 20 year old American girl who loves meeting new people, travelling, and some good hours of conversation. I have recently started making short stop-motion films and have played 12 years of ice hockey. I'm teetotal but definitely still fun! My goal for the next year is to become a better cook, so if you've got anything to teach me, please speak up! I love trying new things and I am excited to see what this community has to offer.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I'm brand-new to this, just going to give it a shot and see what happens! I should be able to offer a couch again starting in September 2011 :-)

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Limited! I have had one amazing week surfing in Norway in Jan 2011, but that is it--- I can't wait for more incredible couchsurfing experiences!

Music, Movies, and Books

I love almost all kinds of music though I must admit I have a soft spot for pop (unpopular but hopefully you will still want to meet me!) and anything played live and acoustic. As far as films go, I love comedies and anything a bit off-beat. I actually haven't read a whole lot as of late: something certainly needing fixed.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I have to say one of the most amazing things I have done is climb across cliffs in northern France, racing the tide back. I am a sucker for a view and these were absolutely incredible! If only I could remember exactly where we were......

Teach, Learn, Share

Hmm! Well, I am a fairly typical American 20-odd. I am not sure what it is that I can teach, perhaps a bit of experience with this whole couch-surfing deal will show me that! As far as learning goes, I am very interested in culture and society :-)
