About Me

CURRENT MISSION

See the world and be happy I've done my best to make it a better place

ABOUT ME

Firstly.. I DO NOT LIVE IN GALWAY!! It's a glitch.

I'm gathering experience along the way to figure out what the hell I'm doing in this world. I'm a print artist in my spare time and have Russian folk art & lubok fascination, an English teacher and a poker dealer. I'm trying to be a musician, singer as best I can with my mandolin and still persevering.. I also work as a volunteer in different orphanages in Belarus and that's when I feel most in touch with something real.

PHILOSOPHY

Treat others as you wish to be treated.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

For a few years in my college home in Limerick we had a really communal vibe (generalpm: paddy shared the profile) in our bohemian party house. We must've had over a hundred visitors/surfers there and made so many life-long friends that I'm still in contact with.

I've surfed = in Spain, Denmark, lithuania, belarus, russia, Argentina and Chile.

In my home town in lahinch I hosted people in the small cottage I rented by the sea.

I lived in Saint Petersburg, Russia for 8 months and met so many people through couchsurfing origins.

I really do think it's a mighty way to learn the ways of a new country and a great opportunity to introduce and welcome travellers to your patch of the world.

Interests

Right now it's music. I'm bouncing between irish trad and south american folk and sometimes blending them for the fun of it.
