I'm a marine biologist born and raised in Cape Town, South Africa. I have always had a passion for nature and the environment. I am currently working for the Wildlife and Environmental Society of South Africa (WESSA) and am responsible for managing the Blue Flag programme nationally. I am in a very happy relationship with my bf for nearly 4 years. I am a very friendly peoples person and get along with all types of people. I love meeting and engaging with new people and experiencing different cultures. I am always happy and very positive. I love good food, good company, and beautiful places. I believe that I am defined by 3 things: optimism, realism and resilience .

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I love meeting people and making friends. Meeting people from different cities and experiencing their culture helps me grow as a person and really broadens my perspective. I’m on here to engage with locals when traveling, to meet people and make friends, and to show foreigners my beautiful country.
