About Me

CURRENT MISSION

To spread love and smiles all over the word via hugs, cookies, laughter...whatever it takes.

ABOUT ME

I love exploring, laughing, talking, camping, playing board games, shoes, drinking coffee (I LOVE coffee), looking at stars and rain, I love being outside in general really. I haven't been too many places in this world yet, but I am trying to fix that. I really love curling up with a blanket and a good book, or a good friend and a nice cup of coffee and conversation.

PHILOSOPHY

I believe that God is love and that love makes the world go round and is the reason we are alive. I am a Christian and love my life, and I also love getting to know people of different religions and discovering different views on life.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Music, Movies, and Books

Oh so many books- just to name a few: DaVinci Code, Pride and Prejudice, Wrinkle in Time series, Chronicles or Narnia, Redeeming Love, Where the Red Fern Grows, Lord of the Rings, Les Miserables, The Stupidest Angel, Anything by John Irving or David Sedaris, The Last Lecture, Who Will Run the Frog Hospital, East of Eden, American Gods, and The Mysterious Incident of the Dog in the Night.

My favorite movie is You've Got Mail. Hands down. I could watch it a million times, and probably have.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I went hang gliding over Canyon Lake in San Antonio and got to taste some clouds! I thought clouds would taste like cotton candy...but they actually taste like gross, moist, soot. Soooo not what I expected. Rather disappointing. BUT, it was still amazing.

Teach, Learn, Share

I know pretty much ever word to every song in every Disney movie and can give personal renditions of a vast number of Broadway musicals. Will dance for hugs.

I would love to learn how to cook better. I always make edible dishes, but my knowledge is limited.

Countries I’ve Visited

Czech Republic, Ireland, Italy, Mexico, Sweden, Taiwan, United Kingdom

Countries I’ve Lived In

Austria, Germany, United States
