I listen to just about anything, although I have a preference to soul, funk, jazz..and their various reinventions
I don't read a lot, but anything I do is usually a personal development book. I do listen to audio books though.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I am still amazed by my two boys. It's a wonder to watch them grow.

We are all a reflection of one another, and my aim is to learn more about myself from meeting as many people as possible, and in turn understand them better so I may be able to assist them in some way.
