About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Finding a way out of England
ABOUT ME
I have been properly travelling since I was 18 when I went to South East Asia. When I was 21 I went on an 8 month solo trip from Bangladesh to London overland. In that time really discovered my passion for travel and culture. I met so many walks of life and found myself in the most surreal situations. I was addicted. I am a travel junkie.
Now Im back in London helping out with my family business but always try to get away for a month a couple times a year. I recently went to Ethiopia on a spontaneous decision, buying my flights a week before I left. After this, visited Chine (again!?), North Korea and South Korea.
I dont know where I will go next.
I studied Psychology and Zoology at university and so my degree would suggest I have an interest in the common connections us humans have with the animal kingdom.
PHILOSOPHY
Still working on that.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I have mostly surfed while I was traveling but did host a few people while at university from a friend's couchsurfing account.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I must have surfed between 15-20 times in my last travels. It was so nice to meet the locals and get an insider view of the city.
Interests
in no particular order - music, travel, culture, parties, photography, trekking, rock climbing, street art, politics, wildlife, science, philosophy, sharing travel stories, chess, sunsets, landscapes. I can get interested in new things, but competitive sports has never really been a thing for me.

Music, Movies, and Books
I listen to most things and enjoy finding new music and playing some instruments. I listen to everything from rock, postrock, folk, indie, underground hip-hop, drum and bass, techno, eletro, minimal, classical and most things in between.
I have watched many a film and series over my life time and as long as its good quality cinema I dont mind what I watch. Same with music too
I like to read but like the majority of us never do it enough. At the moment, I read books from the philosopher Alan Watts.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
The views at the top of Mount Kilimanjaro in Tanzania were particularly amazing.
Many different people, landscapes and situations I found myself in on a solo 8 month trip across Asia and Europe. Such as visiting a small village in the Hunza Valley in Pakistan drinking chai with the locals discussing religion, politics and social change. Beautiful.
Surviving a bus accident and staying in an ex-dictators holiday home in Ethiopia.
Surrealism of North Korea.
Flying to Japan when I was 13 by myself and going to a rural Japanese school for two days. So surreal.
