Overview
About Me
A true ambivert; I have my days when I am very low-key and want to chill/watch Netflix/read/have good quiet conversations with someone/do nothing of much importance all day.
Although most of my friends would say I'm a massive extrovert 'cause I am very outgoing, talkative and cartoon-like (hey only sometimes!) :p
Overall pretty chill, friendly, open-minded, curious, passionate. Always up for a new adventure. Love travel, I try to travel as much as I can and explore this big big world. And also, fooood.
xx
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
The best part about traveling, I think, is meeting new people (especially locals!) in other parts of the world. I like hostels/dorms because I get to meet like-minded travellers easily. I'm pretty new to Couchsurfing, and I've heard from friends' personal experiences it's a great way to meet people, so here I am!
I am always clean and tidy when I'm at someone else's place (my own untidy room at home doesn't count!), not noisy, and respectful of people's homes. "Do not do to others what you don't want done to you" is a big deal to me, I wouldn't want disrespectful people in my own home either!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
The first thing that comes to mind (and most recent) is my 3-week solo trip to South Africa in Nov 2015. I've done a bit of backpacking back in the day, but never truly solo. I was nervous about the idea (I can't say solo-backpacking is a popular or well-accepted notion amongst Asian ladies), but it's something I've always wanted to do, and the curiosity and excitement of it all got the best of me.
Truly one of the best decisions I've made in my life. And I've never been wrong so far, whenever I follow my principles of Doing what you love, and Making decisions based on what I could benefit from it instead of fear/what I could lose!
