ABOUT ME

I love languages, travelling and meeting new people and cultures. I am a positive friendly person. Maybe a bit slow to warm up in the beginning, but easy going, flexible and open minded. I like bright colours ;-) and going to sauna (relaxing a day in the heat, mmm). Am non-religious and don't like dogma (doing things without thinking). I like to write, to read and to think, but also to go for a drink.

I like to get in contact with people from all over the world, see things from different perspectives, exchange about life, love and longings. Am interested to discover completely new things - so if you have a strange/special hobby, job, passion, etc - am curious...

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

My first time was in Manilla (June 09) which was a super experience. My Manilla host visited me on his tour through Europe, But in the mean time I hosted a lovely Puerto Rico guest and I definitely got the hang of it now ;-)

Music, Movies, and Books

I probably got stuck in the 80s with my music taste -even though I let some current pop influence 'enrich' my ears. I collect gay feature films (no, not the triple x ones! ;-)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Been traveling 6 months through South-East Asia (1st semester 2009) - visted Angkor Wat, Halong Bay, Ifugao Rice Terraces, Songkran water festival,... and have lost my heart in the Philippines.

I set up my copywriting business and coming to grips with the ins and outs of being a (freelance/self-employed) businessman...
