ABOUT ME

My friends would describe me as "well established, dynamic, thoughtful, good natured, purpose-driven and a ninja multitasker".

I've been pretty career-oriented for the past couple of years, and I love what I do. This is pretty rare, I realize it and I try not to let what I get paid for define me in entirety :). I value discomfort, it's always been a healthy barometer in pursuing my goals. If I'm not feeling a little vulnerable, or scared the goal isn't quite big enough. I like to be comfortable as well :)

I put a lot of time and energy in my relationships, health and community. I invest time in those things because I think it makes me a rounder (figuratively, hopefully not physically) and happier person. I don't see those things in a hierarchy, more like concentric circles that feed into a common center.

In my spare time I work on my non-profit where we create opportunities for diverse stakeholder to engage in the innovation of digital health! Because we need more apps right? Just kidding....not kidding. But really, I'm passionate about innovation, healthcare, and technology and spend a lot time combining these interests in order to positive dent in the world. That said I also enjoy spending time with friends, playing boardgames (Dominion -- to cranium), dancing, relaxing at home watching comedy, and eating delicious and nutritious food.

I like learning things, perspectives, how to's and dancing. More than learning, I like to understand, assimilate and integrate stuff learned. I'm fond of science and pushing and prodding dominant paradigms. I have terrible grammar and punctuation you see;
