ABOUT ME

Hello!
We are Thaila Laudy (25y) and Frank de Waal (27y) and we have been together as a couple for 8 years now.

We successfully graduated from University in July 2012.
Frank got his degree in Sports & Movement and Thaila in Communications Management.

We love to travel, meet new people, experience new things and learn more about other cultures. For that reason we decided to not immediately start looking for a permanent job, but first travel and explore the world. That's why we have been travelling and working around the world since August 2012.
We are open-minded, social, positive thinking people and approach and experience new things with fascination and curiosity.

Last but not least we are very passionate about nature, conservation, animal welfare and the ocean.

-Releasing hundreds of baby turtles in Indonesia,
-Diving at Sipadan Island on Borneo + Our encounter with a whale shark,
-Working in the Australian outback
-Living in a campervan for 5 months,
-Waking up from the sound of Gibbons on a peaceful lake in Thailand,
-Zip lining through the jungle and sleeping in a 70m high tree house in Laos,
-Visiting the ancient temples of Ankor Wat in Cambodia
-Climbing the high Tongariro Volcano in New Zealand
-Volunteering for 3 months
