ABOUT ME

My name is Thais, I was born in Brazil and I just begun my journey to know the world.

After one year and a half living in Colombia and being away of my family for the first time and out of my comfort zone, I feel prepared to live new things.

Interests

I like to know new people from different places and cultures. Always up for a cold beer and a good chat.

Music, Movies, and Books

What can I say, I love music and movies but sadly I'm not a good reader.

I love the good Brazilian music, such as Caetano Veloso, Gilberto Gil, Gal Costa, Maria Bethania, Novos Baianos, Os mutantes... I could spent the whole day talking about this. But also love Arctic Monkeys, Strokes, Calle 13, Céu, Abadabad, Perotá Chingo, Edith Piaf, Zaz, Likke Ly and many many others.

About movies: all the Xavier Dolan's movies. Medianeras, Wild Tales, La vie d'Adele, The Eternal Sunshine of the spotless mind, Clockwork Orange, Requiem for a Dream... Almodovar, Almodovar and Almodovar. I love many others as well but the list is too big to keep writing.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Travelled through South America. I've been to Machu Picchu, the salt desert and the "columpio" in Ecuador. I had the opportunity to meet the most amazing people and to share good experiences with them.
