I grew up in Johannesburg, playing Cricket, Soccer and Tennis. I secretly longed for a less frantic environment, as such I'm a city boy with a rural heart. For the last year and a half I've been studying in Boston which has been change that has fed into a lot of the changes I've experienced within myself over the last few years. For fall 2016 I'm heading over to LA to continue my studies. I'm here to host, surf and share energy along the way.

I'm Interested in the opportunity of meeting and interacting with people of varying cultures. A friend of mine from the Eurozone area recently explained to me some the effects Brexit will have on her life and those connected to her, particularly the impact it will have upon future generations in terms of meeting and interacting with various cultures in the area and the ill-feeling that may now continue to grow as a result. For me, this is one example of where we are as Humanity. Couchsurfing is my effort to get closer in spite of the distances we seem determined to create amongst ourselves.
