Hey there!

My name is Thanh Thanh Tranová, but you can call me Vendy. I'm 22 years old Vietnamese girl, born in Czechia, now living in Copenhagen and studying at university. I love meeting new people, exploring new places, cultures and its food of course.

I found myself to be a very friendly, positive and talkative person, eventhough I seemed to be shy sometimes. I love animals, especially cats (very big catperson here!) and unfortunately, I dont have any (yet!)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Well, my sister is on the Couchsurfing too, and when I moved to Prague, we were living together. And she (we) hosted many people from foreign countries, so I already met many new people and it was really fun! I'm also planning some trips, so this is a super chance how to meet new people or find an accommodation!

Music, Movies, and Books

I'm totally a music person. I love listening to it and also singing. I have been at many concerts and music festivals like All time low, 30 seconds to Mars, Lady Gaga, One republic, Imagine Dragons and I'm planning some more! In my free time I also enjoy reading books, my favorite writer from Czech republic is Karel Čapek.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

1. Spending an exchange semester in France, where I have met a lot of interesting people, visit finally other places than Paris and improved my French.
2. Start to attend dance classes as I always loved dancing but never had (until now) the courage to do it outside my home or clubs.
3. Thinking more sustainably and stopping to eat meat.
4. Moving to Copenhagen!
