About Me

Just moved from 4 months living in Bali. I am now in Europe again, traveling for 3 months and getting life set up in several aspects, in regards to study and work.

I am open minded for cultural differences and constantly willing to learn about cultural practices and international topics.
I consider privacy and respect essential when Couchsurfing, so I make an effort to understand and collaborate within the boundaries set by hosts.

someone who is now long dead once wrote ‘the world is a book, and those who don’t travel read only one page.’ what no one tells you is that the book is no easy read. there’s one thing I can say: whatever it is that you are looking for - beauty, salvation, enlightenment, danger, or just to disappear - this will only be a fraction of what you find. I’m just trying to read the whole book.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I don't consider Couchsurfing as a mechanism to get free accommodation. More than that, I believe in reciprocity. Couchsurfing is for me a great opportunity to approaching local people, learn their traditions and see things through another point of view. In this experience, I would like to share what I've accumulated in this life as a traveller.

I never hosted someone through CS platform, but already met some couchsurfers to hang out in my town.
I also hosted people from official exchange programs, coming from Denmark ( 4 months), Taiwan (3 months), and students from Mexico and Germany for a short period.
