About Me

CURRENT MISSION
Figuring out who I am and what I want to do to be truly happy.

ABOUT ME :

I used to work as a reporter in Saigon and Hanoi for more than 10 years, then I decided to have a gap year to refresh myself and figured out what my next steps were.

It came to me as a big surprise that I became an English tutor since 2015. In 2017, first time in my life I ran my own classes at my rented apartment with the support of travelers from every part of the world. It was a walk to remember. However, deep in me I knew that something was missing. Finally, I figured out that it was traveling. I missed the road so badly. Without thinking twice, I closed the classes, quit job and hit the road. Ultimately, I became a nomad since then.

AND NOW I’M IN AFRICA!!!!

PHILOSOPHY
To be honest, I don’t know what is philosophy. Just try my best to live a peaceful, happy and useful life so that when closing my eyes, i can keep a smile on my lips.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING I'm here to offer my hospitality, to grow up and to complete myself by learning from the amazing people I meet. Since I haven't had much chance to step out and see the world then I will bring the world to my home. And as Couchsurfing has kinda changed my life, I would love to pay it forward to show my gratitude .

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Quit job and become a nomad.

Teach, Learn, Share

If you are interested in meeting locals and willing to help my students, we can do something together such as going to the local markets and cook some traditional food or checking out some local attractions.... It depends on your mood and your taste. Be our guests!

I also want to learn about politics and history. It would be great if you can share your knowledge about these things.

Would love to discuss Buddhism or any religion of yours. I’m just simply keen on what make you you, it means I care about you as a friend.
