Overview
About Me
I am an introspective observer, world traveler, internet geek, sarcastic joker, fiery entrepreneur, renegade writer, and above all, a free spirit. I write, learn, laugh, dance, sing, read, and smile for a living. I also enjoy good puns.
I am exploring California as I pursue learning web development.
I write on my blog at http://tharyn.me and have a video course at http://macdojo.com as my side business. I've also self published a spiritual self help book, ask me about it!
I used to work at the Omega Institute, where I managed the sound systems for amazing teachers and authors like Adyashanti, Eckhart Tolle, Pema Chodren, Tara Brach, James Van Praag, and many more.
Traveled around quite a bit. Lived in Bangalore, India, for six months during college. Lived and worked in Malaysia for a year at a company called Mindvalley. And lived in Thailand for a year doing my own digital nomad kinda stuff. Also have been to Caribbean, UAE, Oman, Japan, South Korea.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Music, Movies, and Books
I read a ton of non-fiction books, mostly in personal growth, consciousness, human psychology, and also some business stuff.
For fiction, I love high fantasy, like Name of The Wind and Mistborn. I've also read a few sci-fi gems.
I love electronic, chill, indie, and epic cinematic music.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Went from the poorest slums of India one day, to the richest area in the world at the financial district Dubai by the next day. Mind blowing contrast.
Teach, Learn, Share
I can teach meditation, online branding, finding purpose, writing, Wordpress, Internet Marketing, snowboarding, Rubiks Cube, and more!
What I Can Share with Hosts
