About Me
Hello, my name is Christina and I'm 29 and deaf. I went to a local community college on and off and recently ended my job of 6 years as an inventory manager at a veterinary clinic. Currently I'm an aspiring author, Product Analyst for an environmentally conscious company and pet caretaker/sitter for certain clients.
I'm told I'm honest yet fun to be around. Personally I'm friendly and always down for conversations. I'm also deaf and use sign language if that matters, but I communicate fine through writing.
Speaking of hosting, I just relocated to a different apartment in September 2016 and now can host for the first time in years. Girl, how do I miss hosting and having the unique opportunities to meet our sisters and brothers from the other side of the planet (okay, I miss getting references too).
*No point in mentioning but some were confused by my "male" photos- I'm transgender and started this profile before transition.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
Having had experienced some hardships, I have a place in my heart for those in unfortunate situations and try my best to lend a hand when I can. I also enjoy CS because it allows me to meet people from all walks of life and learn about new cultures.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
My first CS experience was when I surfed while visiting Miami several years ago and am thankful someone referred me to this site. I then surfed in several other cities and all were nothing but positive experiences.
