CURRENT MISSION

my mission is to stay more tunned with the present and worry less about what's happened and what is yet to come .
I'm a totally foodie so trying new recipes from around the glob is on my top list .. Meeting new people it's always an experience in itself . I was lucky enough to meet some fantastic people on my way and I always look forward meeting a new face .
On a day to day basis I focus on less consumption as such . Trying to recycle as much . Every day I'm adding something new I've learnt about world and noticing how much money goes into things I would rather invest my time in an experience , a workshop or an adventure.

ABOUT ME

I like to think I was born to live.. in every sense of this word.
Enjoy learning sometnig new every day, meetting new faces, talking to people,streaching, running , meditating, drinking cofee, smoothies, trying new recipes, cos im a foodie.I love cooking and figuring out what else i can add to food to make it taste , smell and look better.
Have been working in the hospitality for the past 6 years and Ive sucesfully been running a big cafe in the centre of edinburgh what can i say ? love catering.. I suppose its not for everyone ( like for example i could't work in the office -would find it quite borring to be honest.) But working with people and for people makes me simply happy.
And thats the magic trick . ... I know the work its not the most imporrtant but you need to like what you do , otherwise you would be misserable for 8 to 10 hours a day..and it doesn't sound like fun to me..:)

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I love the gatherings of all sorts .
Since I've join Couchsurfing I've learnt a lot , I've changed a lot but still have this childish curiosity in me to explore and meet new people.
Ive started using CS when i went traveling across australia and new zeland almost 4years ago.
Ah ... I Can't belive it was so long ago .. I miss traveling and I miss all those magical people that I have met on my way .
And you know what ? I'm rady for more... For the past 10 years Ive staid in Edinburgh in Scotland ,the place I call home, but I can feel deep inside that soon the time will come to explore the unknown ..

Interests

I find it quite difficult to write difficult to write about myself , don't you ?
I really enjoy walkig , hiking, trecking, running, swimming in a lake. hate gyms.. not inspirational enought..
For quite few years my real passion is Argentinian tango ..ive strated last year and simply can't get enought of it.Its something about how it makes you feel , when you are on the floor , conected with your partner. I have to admit Im intrugued by it... by the passion ...and the bond you build with the person you dance with..

The second favorite hobby now is reading .yes . The real , physical books . The ones you are turning the page when you will to the very bottom of each one ..loving their smell and how they fit in the hand . there is so much more to learn..so many books to read and so many people to meet..
