ABOUT ME

Telling you all about me is going to be a longer story and there are some things that you should figure out yourself, obviously;-)
Anyhow, so much I can say: I LOOOVE traveling (I'm just on another trip right now). I enjoy being out in the nature and am always up for all kinds of sports (Soccer, Beach Volleyball, Surfing, Snowboarding, Swimming, Jogging, ... you name it!). Also, I like meeting people all over the world and from all over the world.
My glass is always half full (instead of half empty) since I am a very optimistic person.
Well, the rest of my story is what have to figure out yourself!

PHILOSOPHY

I do not have THE personal philosophy... However, I try to take every day the way it comes, make the best out of it, appretiate life. Not taking anything for granted...

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I have hosted two fantastic people in Frankfurt and as I'm traveling now I'm eager to meet some people as a surfer.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've tried out quite a few things: I met some really cool people on couchsurfing events in Bonn and Tokyo. Also I surfed once in Japan and had some CS over in my flat in Frankfurt. I also met a great guy in Dubai through CS - I really just love this platform.

兴趣

I love sports of all kinds - especially when there is a board included. Such, I love surfing, wakeboarding, recently started my kite-surfing career (still needs some work until becoming professional though :-)) and snowboarding whenever there is snow. Also, I love beach volleyball (best case scenario: right at the beach of an ocean). I love climbing in the mountains. ... and one of my favorites is traveling. Music keeps me enjoying life at whatever I'm doing.

Movies, music, books... so hard to tell, since I love so many of all the three categories.
Currently, my iPod is playing The Cure, Killers, Calling, Sportfreunde Stiller, Clueso and once in a while White Stripes (...and others that do not pop up in my mind right now).
Concerning books... right now I'm reading "What would Google do" to educate myself a bit. Just recently I fought myself through the 1000 pages of "Lord of the Rings" and enjoyed it.
Well, and finally movies: I like alternative movies, that are different from the classic hollywood, all is glammerous, movies. There are some good German onces, actually (like "Die fetten Jahre sind vorbei").

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

I hiked up at the Annapurna round to the highest point of the loop. It's at 5.614 meter and it was an exhausting but fantastic experience.

教，学，和分享

I can teach quite a lot of things... ask for it ;-)
I want to learn how to play guitar (I just did the first accords and want to learn more), how to dance salsa (I already made my first steps in Cuba but want to get more into it), improve my Spanish and more...
I want to share my enthusiasm for sports of all kinds, for traveling, for meeting new people and (when it comes to cooking) my thai-pan.

I can cook meals, teach German, laugh, share fun, talks about the world and opinions as well as traveler stories.
