ABOUT ME
Hello couchsurfers! Though I joined a few years ago following a trip to India, I've not been very active of late and am trying to change that. I live in the heart of the city here in San Francisco, and while I can't host (I live with my boyfriend in a studio apartment), I would love to meet up for a meal or coffee or a drink.A little about me: I'm a writer, and I just finished my MFA in fiction at San Francisco State, and am working on a collection of short stories. I have been trying to teach myself Hindi for like 2 years now and would love someone to practice with (I am still pretty bad)! I have a pretty flexible schedule most days, and I spend a lot of time in the library, biking around the city, going to the farmer's market and thrift stores, trying out new coffee shops, and seeking out places in the city I haven't been yet.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I couch surfed just a tiny bit with my friend in India, and thought it would be a great way to meet new people here in the city.
Interests
Some things that interest me are people on the Muni, hands and handwriting, unusual footware, watching movies outdoors, the grand buildings downtown, and the irresistible sounds of a Bollywood item number.
