I'm 33 years old and just finished my PhD in Cambridge :) Now that I'm not writing up anymore I love walking through the city, travelling the surrounding countryside

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

exploring and learning by doing.

Quite busy at the moment and travelling ever so often as well. So chances for hosting are slim. But happy to meet for a coffee or a beer or a bit of sight seeing.

Interests

I like books. I spend lots of hours reading. Fantasy, Drama, Thriller, Fiction... ah yes,... and chemistry :) of course.

I love rowing (although I mainly row for the social aspects) but the last months I coached more other teams than actually being in a boat myself.

Love to learn new cooking styles and need to practise my Spanish more. Happy to share cooking knowledge (and baking... especially baking) and teach German/English.

Can cook you a dinner :) Or bake cookies.
