Hoping to be both a gracious host AND guest - I've travelled a good amount, but still have so much to see!

I love learning new languages, and cultures. There's nothing better than a hiking trip, or exploring a new city by foot - all the architecture, monuments, the music, the restaurants. Of course I always enjoy company doing these things, but am also perfectly happy going on my own - if I stay with you, I guarantee good conversation, some great meals (cooked or out, my treat), and a friend and pen pal who will keep in touch (if you'd like that)!

In New York, if you stay with me, I can give you plenty of tips for great sightseeing and experiences. I do have a busy work schedule so may not be able to join but again, happy to meet up for meals, etc. The only caveat in terms of hosting is that we can only host WOMEN and LGBTQ+ right now - I have two female roommates who only feel comfortable with that arrangement. Unfortunately, if you are a cis straight male and reaching out for a room, I may not respond... but I wish you well on your travels, that you find great housing / experiences too!
