As my profile hasn't undergone any serious renovations in ages I present you now with the new, better and fast :D profile 2.0.

I am an insanely open minded, humorous, well educated, well travelled, good natured and generally well mannered person. It has been said that I am sophisticated, smart and warm and I would say, not without reason. But I shall let you decide that for yourself.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I am travelling the world and by that I connect people, knit ties and spread happiness and understanding.

So, I am travelling the world, exploring, learning, growing and finding the right information to help me achieve world domination.
Yes, that sounds much better. :D

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I stayed on many a friends couch already, all over the world. Even the great ones are too many to list.

I have also stayed on floors, in easy chairs, on air matresses, in tents but actually never in a bath tub.

My interests are very diverse, ranging from good food, good wine, good chocolate, the fine arts over music, culture, travelling, literature to graphic novels, snowboarding, gaming, science, philosophy and even hypnosis.

Too many to list, even the good ones.

But I will be so free and give you an overview over my taste in music. I like everything except country, folk, eurotrash, eurodance and most of the chart crap. Of those mentioned I like very very little. I do indeed like stuff from every other genre, from black metal to jazz, from techhouse to blues, from classical to breakcore, from techno to tango, from drum and bass to baroque and so on.

As for books i like fantasy a lot but also read historical novels, thrillers, humorous whatever, graphic novels and comics, non-fiction and so on and forth. And yes, I indeed have a rather extensive library. The same goes for my music collection of course :).

As for movies I prefer independent or little known movies to the mainstream but I don't limit myself to only avantgarde.

I have seen the great waterfalls in Foz do Iguaçu, I have seen the panorama of the Alps in Austria from various mountains. I have seen a snake eat a frog out in the wild. I have seen the Amazone river, imprepssive. I have explored other people's minds with hypnosis and they are all so very interesting and amazing. I have stroked huge snakes and tiny alligators, played with spiders and eaten all kind of things from brains to bugs, larvae and so on and forth. And that is not even half of the list of amazing things I have seen and done.

I regularily teach math, english, physics, chemistry and other subjects if needed. I am also a skilled hypnotist and can teach that too. I can teach snowboarding, skiing and a variety of other things.

Learning, well I would like to learn a few more languages and I am always open to everything really. I would really like to try kite boarding and kite surfing as well as wake boarding though and a bunch of other things :).
