ABOUT ME

My name is Kristin and sometimes I travel with my best friend, Giuliana, as many of our previous hosts have experienced! and sometimes we travel separately (currently). We would make separate profiles someday!

Currently KRISTIN is the one who is seeking a host!

Why have we shared a profile, you ask?
Well, We utilized Couch Surfing in 2011-12 as a primary resource for our documentary project called The Crow and The Wolf Project. This project consisting of community building and public art projects was conducted in cities and towns all around the United States. This mixed-media documentary explored what the purpose of the artist is in today's society and within social movements, as well as what is really happening in communities where federal and state budget cuts have eliminated arts education from their curriculum.

We are currently back in San Francisco and I, (Kristin) am the primary user of this profile at the moment!
I am artist of many mediums and in graduate school studying Somatic Psychology here in SF. I am passionate about revolutionizing the mental health world, and with a yoga practice and a dance background I am passionate about movement, the body, and exploring the unification of the body and the mind.

PHILOSOPHY

You only live once...
I travel with a purpose but organically... If you plan too much you will miss the best parts. I believe in positive and authentic energy and promote that.

Being a part of the CS Project adds a beautiful element to the community building I dedicated my art and life to.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I used Couch Surfing as a tool for an entire year on the road to connect and communicate with people all around the country. I have made great friends and have had wonderful experiences traveling and being taken in by kind people along the way. I have made life long connections through the couch surfing community.
