About Me

CURRENT MISSION

I've had a few rough turns where I needed a place to stay, so I'm hoping to return that favor to some responsible, fun people.

ABOUT ME

I am super awesome.

I tend to surprise most people with my honesty. If you ask me a question, I'm going to answer it, without any bullshit. I like other honest people, and just as much, I love funny people. If you're clever, funny, honest, and a good person, we're bound to get along.

I'm the oldest daughter of two, with a close relationship to my sister, I'm mixed, I think organized religion is a mite silly, and I'm pretty darn gay. I like to laugh, work hard, and play hard.

I'm completely clean and don't do any sort of drug [sorry, bud lovers], and I drink rarely, though I don't judge others who do partake.

I'm a trustworthy gal, looking for some trustworthy connections and to give a hand to those who need it.

PHILOSOPHY

I haven't quite worked that out yet.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I'm brand new, but after hearing great things about couchsurfers, meeting a few [and some lovely hosts!], and experiencing the panic of not having a place to stay, I want to offer up my own place [now that I have one!].

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

None related to this site, though I have a lot of experience couch-hopping. I was kicked out of my ma's house when I was 16, and have been moving around, making my life work ever since [and that seems to involve my fair share of couch surfing].

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I volunteer every year at a non-profit girls' camp, North Star Quest, and it reaffirms to me that volunteering is where I need to be.

Teach, Learn, Share

I'm CPR Professional Rescuer certified, as well as a trained police cadet. I know a lot of First Aid, Self Defense, and basic house hold maintenance.

I also make great Pumpkin Bread.
