ABOUT ME

I grew up and lived in the Greater Toronto Area in Ontario. I personally consider myself to be a Canadian with an unquenchable thirst for foreign culture.

I like to learn new skills, but may only commit insofar until a new opportunity comes my way. I am a jack of all trades, and a master of none.

PHILOSOPHY

Roll the bones. You never know until you try, but don't jump across the grand canyon.

I have also adopted Maslow's hierarchy of needs in daily living.

兴趣

Computer Science and sports are the first things that come to mind. I am quite a stay-at-home person; typing away and researching. However, when on the move I tend to run and jump when there is space. I was once a track-and-filed star in my high school years, and that desire to run hasn't left me.

I am quite big on food variety. Eating is one thing, and cooking is the next step. Some of my favourite foods are clam chowder, fuji apples, and Chinese food.

I like all sorts of pets, even skunks. I prefer cats.

音乐、电影和书籍

Music: anything really dramatic. My favourite bands are Mew, Porcupine Tree, Rush, Tool, Great Big Sea, BT, Caspian, Muse, and much more. I especially like instrumental rock of any sort.

Movies: My Sassy Girl, Oldboy, The NeverEnding Story, Wall-E, 12 Monkeys, The Village, Gran Torino, Hot Fuzz, and anything really bad that's fun to makes jokes about.

Books: I haven't read much, but a few that stood out are The Girl Who Loved Tom Gordon, Castle Roogna, and Harry Potter.
