About Me
CURRENT MISSION
To make it through Spain without getting gored by a bull
ABOUT ME
I'm originally from California but right now I'm very happy to be back in Spain for a second time of studying abroad... I studied in Sevilla last year for 4 months and it was an amazing experience, now I'm in Madrid for more botellons, siestas, and of course fiestas.
I love traveling, and meeting new people, and occasionally I snowboard and play some basketball. Work-wise I do graphic design / advertising when I'm not studying and am probably going to end up doing that as a career.
PHILOSOPHY
About 20 cliche quotes come to mind but basically I like living spontaneously, having fun, and always coming back from places I traveled with a story to tell.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
It's hard to pick just one, but I'd say studying in Sevilla for 4 months is a pretty all-encompasing one.
Teach, Learn, Share
As far as learning, we found out the hard way that Spanish hotel rooms are meant only for 2 people... When I went to Cadiz with 7 other people from our program, we got 2 rooms thinking some people could sleep on the floor and it wouldn't be a big deal. But apparently we must've been the only americans in the hotel, because when we came back from partying at 7am, they wouldn't let all of us up, just 4. "But", I said to the manager, "they're not going to be sleeping here so there's nothing to worried about." "Then why do they need to go up?" he replied. "Uh.." I said, thinking quickly... "sexo de grupo?" Needless to say, we ended up spending the night on the beach but it was an awesome time.
