I'm a light-hearted, optimistic, grateful, high-energy, mindful guy who loves to explore the outdoors as well as esoteric concepts. I appreciate observing & listening, & encourage self-expression, as well as learning about the paths of others as we all climb up towards the top of this mountain called life. It's all about stopping to smell the roses, ya dig?

I'm studying Natural Resources / Horticulture, aiming to do land regeneration with native, sustainable, regenerative, and ethnobotanical plants. Long term goal is to have my own herb farm.

On that note, this summer, headed to Herb Pharm for their herbal internship! I'll be learning 70 medicinal plants, and about all kinds of different aspects of plants.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I was doing a 1/4th of a marathon relay with not much training, and decided to take the longest cut, 7.6 miles. When I finished my chunk, I looked for my partner, but he wasn't there, so I ended up having to run his leg as well! I ended up running 14.6 miles, aka about a half marathon. Can I get a 'whoot whoot' for shin splints!

Another time was when I worked in a grocery store, and someone needed a spoon, but I didn't have any nearby, so they said it's alright and left. I ran through the store, grabbed one, then chased after them, finding them and giving it to them. Later that day, at an Earth Day Festival, I was walking around and was checking out these coconut rings. Someone calls to me, and I realize it was the guy I'd helped earlier! He hooked me up with a ring, for my kind act earlier; I consider this ring a 'Good Karma' token.
